I called my county courthouse to get distressed homeowner foreclosure list.? When I called my county courthouse and ask for the sheriffs department and ask the clerk their for a list of Notices of Default and homeowner foreclosures. The county sheriffs clerk postal mailed me out the list of foreclosures with only names no addresses and no phone numbers? does any one here know? why these distressed homeowner foreclosure list did not have any addresses? or phone numbers? what do I have to do look up in the phone book? for addresses and phone numbers? I do have another question what is disposed and pending. along with these courthouse homeowner foreclosure list along side of each persons name is pending or disposed. what is the definition of pending and what is the definition of disposed. how do i get the address of new homeowners? is there any way that I get collect the addresses of new homeowners in legitimate way other than using mailing list service? they charge alot and usually sell 3000 or more addresses at a time. I am looking maybe 500 or 1000.
What are my options when dealing with an irresponsible landlord/homeowner? I have called and e-mailed the owners/landlord of the apartment complex that I live in about the laundry list of things that need to be repaired in my apartment and they have not responded or come over to fix anything.The only time they really even acknowledge me is when it is time for rent to be paid. Can I withhold rent until things are repaired? or hire a repair man and deduct the cost from rent? I moved in about 2 months ago and I regret signing the lease every time i come home... help!
My question is, I have been sending out mail to drum up work with my business.? OK here it goes Normally for every hundred letters I mail out United States Post office , I will get from 1 to 4 new customers, now every week I was sending out 800 mail outs and, the day homeowners get them I get a phone call from them. this is how italways works. now 2 weeks ago I did a mail out to one area 400 then next day 400 to another area in that same town. thing is I had 0 response from them mail outs this never happens not when I mail out that many Question is How would I find out if they went to these homeowners. oh my mailing list is good, I double check each address over the internet I also Have caller I.D. and checked all the calls I had over the past two weeks even the hang ups none are from them two areas. I always get responses normally a day after the mail out always within a week this is over two weeks now. all other areas I mailed out to responded either by phone or mail I am adding this the area I did the mail out to I checked it out real good it is a good area just like the other areas that i hit a few miles from it. the average age is between 35 and 65 etc. I checked the areas I mail out to real good I drive in them and check out everything about them over the internet before picking were I am doing mail outs. I been doing this for a few years now and I know my areas, think some how my mail did not reach its destination for one reason or another?
HOMEOWNER'S PROTECTION LETTER AGAIST ROOFERS? My neighbor is getting their roof done and the roofers need to access my roof to do their work. How do I protect my property from any interior and exterior damages and avoid any lawsuits in case their workers have an accident in my premise. The alleged contractor provided me with a business card without a mailing address of the company and listed his permit #. Can I request for a copy of their permit ? Timeline for homeowner to fix damages taken out of deposit? I moved out of a rental property in California, during the pre-walk through inspection I was told that the Property Management Group didn't know if the Owner would want to fix some damage to two planks in the Master Bedroom floor. They never got back to me, and 21 days after I moved out, I received the itemized list of things taken out of my Security Deposit. One was for the refinishing of the wood floors in the M. Bedroom. The only thing with it was an e-mail from a company with an estimate for the job. I called the P.M.G., and they said there was still time to get my own estimate. I drove by the house and there is already other tenants living in the house. I called them back, and they said that they are not going to fix it till later, when the homeowner decides they are ready to move back into the house. How long do they have to fix the damage, when I have already paid for it? And can they charge me for refinishing the whole floor, when the only damage done to it was to two planks?
What are the chances that you would get a burglar alarm if....? I don't have a home alarm system. Someone broke into my house yesterday afternoon, took our xbox, laptop, and some other electronics totaling a estimated value of $1690 . A police officer took a report. Today, I received [in the mail] a copy of the police report along with a list of local alarm companies. And I'm thinking about looking into getting one. What would you do? PLEASE no alarm salespeople respond, just looking for an average homeowners answer. Thanks.
how do you sue an individual ? man i was living w/ homeowner's house burned down. me and my son lucky 2 b aliv? k moved in w/ 56 yr old man who grew up in his house paid him wkly rent of $100 proof lived there cuz of neighbors mail went there, n 1 nite he was oot visiting grandkids and my son woke up w/ eyes burning n when i woke up celing fell in on me n i ran to my 13yr old, grabbed him up, and we could barely see we were tryin to find a way out n lucky then he asked me to make out list of items lost in fire in my room and in the house he didn't have me on ins but he was told by adjuster to get me to do it when done came to over $12k. so guy he was dealing w/ about getting your money said he would get back w/ me he was unsure i could get any money cuz no renters ins however i was the homeowners roommate. then he told me son's stuff could probably be replaced yet not mine then he told me that mine nor nate's could be replaced but since nate lived w/ my mom 1/2 time n me 1/2 time that i could poss. contact mom's ins pay prem. n get his replaced n that ins co. nor my mom has notta to do w/ ron's house burning to ground. well, went to chck mail one day and lot where house was cleared off in less thn 6 wks ron telling me the guy wouldn't return his calls, then next time i was over he said he was just gonna bill the ins co yet he was pourin foundation w/ some money from somewhere for his new home, n the next few weeks went by and he had a brandnew modular set in there he was living in a brand new home and i didn't get shit. i then knew ron had to b lying to me n that ins probably told him it was up to him to pay me or not and the adjuster/claims adjuster sent me a letter cuz i complained w/ the state's dept of ins and they sent complaint to claim adjuster n adj. sent statement to ins guy over case n to me saying since i wansn't a friend or family member that i wasn't covered so how do i sue ron for giving me what i am owed b/c i lost everything n some of that stuff like pics n gifts over yrs of me n kids n my memories are priceless. someone plz tell me what to do i would appreciate it thnx.
help! proof of residential address for learner's? i'm going to the dmv tomorrow to get my learner's and i saw in the website that i need two documents with proof of residential address but i don't have any of these under my name [im only 16!]: 1. Is this true: Rent to Own foreclosure homes? My husband and i heard about this Rent to Own thing threw e-mails. He says the list cost $2.00 he doesn't see that its just to keep the people that do go out of there way to look over and take pictures of foreclosure homes. $1,000min. down bad credit,no credit, doesn't matter because e has his own lenders he works with. He only helps rent to own foreclosure homes to make sure he can make it possible to become a homeowner, Something like that. Has anyone done this? Or is doing this? We live in the state of Maine. Please any information would be helpful, i do think this seems to good to be true, but what if it isn't? i need help!
I am a condo owner, and my pool right are being denied. Where can I get help? My HOA and a neighboring HOA share a community pool. 9 out of 10 pool committee members, including the pool director, are from the other HOA. The director is a bully and probably has some mental issues. There are several homeowners, including myself, that are not able to obtain pool access. There was a memo sent to all homeowners back in April or May that listed two dates to validate pool passes in person, and instructions for mailing them in for validation. I was unable to go in person so I mailed them to the PO box. According to the memo, I should have received them in two weeks. After 3.5 weeks, I contacted the person in my HOA that was on the pool committee, and she emailed the director asking her to send out my passes right away. After 10 days, and no pool passes, I called her again, and she told me that the director said she never got the passes in the mail. She also told me that others in the community are having the same problem. She said the director said that if we really wanted to use the pool, we should have come in person on the dates listed on the memo, and since we didn't, as far as she is concerned, we didn't have a right to use the pool. She also said that she doesn't want our HOA to have use of the pool. She does not own the pool, and I have pool rights according to my bylaws. If I re-apply, like others have, I will wait two weeks to find out that she never received my application. She is a liar. What should I do? My seven year old is so sad. She loves the pool, and asks me everyday "Can we go to the pool today?"
is it legal for my ex husband to have 2 different policies -? My husband is somewhat still too attached to his ex-wife. He has gotten better and thank God she lives an hour and a half away with their two teens and her new husband. They've been divorced for over 9 years and yet her name is still on the mortgage of the house they bought. He was too lazy and cheap at the time to refinance it in his own name. Luckily she and I got information on the Quit Claim, because she also wanted her name off of the deed. So he did get that filed. But the homeowners policy is also still in both of their names. And here's the really weird part, the same insurance co has my husband and me on a car policy! They have him listed as married to his ex-wife and living in their house, which he does not even live in anymore; and they have our policy using that same address. How is that even legal? Of course, anytime I try to mention it to my husband, he gets mad and thinks its just all about jealousy. I had to be the one to have him change everything on our retirement and life insurance policies. It's like he doesn't even care because he is convinced I am just jealous. I can't understand why he won't do something about it. Why I have to receive mail in my home addressed to him and his ex-wife..

Hama, who prosecutors said had been a ringleader in the murder, was caught by listening devices talking to a friend in prison about the murder. In the recordings, transcripts of which were relayed to the court, Hama and his friend are hearing laughing as he described how she was killed with Banaz's uncle "supervising". "I was kicking and stamping on her neck to get the soul out. I saw her stark naked, only wearing pants or underwear," Hama is recorded as saying. His lawyers say there is no evidence to support the prosecution's claims. The decision to kill her came after a meeting on January 23 -- the day before she was murdered -- when the family decided to take action before the police could foil their attempts, said prosecutor Victor Temple.
