DO YOU THINK, A ONLINE AUCTION SITE CAN BE SUCCESSFUL TO HAVE "BUY NOW PAY LATER" OPTION FOR CUSTOMERS? Please Help. Basically i am looking to write a New Auction Site like ebay to accepte another new feature which have got "BUY NOW PAY LATER" option for customers, but before i want to start this application , whichs takes around 2 years to complete this projects, i want to know whether is it would be a successful or do you think not? example i have got an iphone 4 (BID NOW) prices £200,this bid is continue (BUY NOW) price £400, (BUY NOW PAY LATER), price £470, this ( BUY NOW PAY LATER ) ANOTHER NEW FEATURE I WOULD LIKE TO ADD IN MY ONLINE AUCTION SITE, BUD DON'T KNOW WHETHER IT COULD BE SUCCESSFUL OR NOT. I know ebay has got the two features already which is bid now and buy now, bud i don't think they have got buy now pay later, features, which i like to add this one on my new auciton site soon, but i need a advice whether it could be successfu or not. So far i think it could be successful, because if you look at the bank policy at the moment, that they are sooooooooooo gready to give loan so poor customers who is credits score is not the top level. plz help
What would be the next best online auction site to eBay? I'm pretty fed up with all of their fees and the non seller protection and loyalty. They have become garbage and I'd love to move to another site. Are there any sites that even come close to the traffic of eBay that doesn't have a retarded management/ business model like eBay's? They've just gone totally downhill over the last 10 years. On a side note, it would be pretty tight if the top sellers banded together and created a site like eBay used to be. Since they have seen all of the retarded mistakes eBay has made in policy they could probably run it better with half a brain then eBay ever could.
seo online marketing? I am going to be starting a new online auction site and i would like to do some search engine optimization ( online marketing) to get my website in the top ranking pages online. i dont know what company to use. i know network solution has a program but it cost 1800 upfront. What auction or sell site is the best and charges less? I have to get rid of a hundred items for as much profit as possible in two weeks time. What site has the OVERALL best marketing, shortest auction or purchase option with a VERY short time frame? Out of the top sites, or recommendations I get from you (Thank you so much for your help in advance, I'm the think tank and the one trying to get myself a solid posse to get the greenhouse and stages built in time. SO I really need to know which site charges the least to get started as a seller? I have 100% buyer ratings for nearly a hundred purchases on eBay and a solid rating on Amazon. I know there must be other alternative out there. The one bizzby(?).com buzzbee, something that sounds like that...it starts too low for the prices I need to clear my overhead costs. That's pretty much it. If you have any sound advice how to get quick volunteers for an amazing cause to LITERALLY save South East Missouri's Local Art and Music from EXTINCTION, that could help me out too. I'll stick to the rules and maintain my question..... Cheap posting fees, preferably deducted AFTER SALE, cheap storefront, cheap listings, high volume of customers, as well as the fact that I have not just jewelry it's stylin. Also have detailed barbells and a ton of metal rose or star rings, even clocks, Polly Pocket to Barbie accessories, VOGART stencils, Vintage jewelry and a lot of other cool items, basically something for everyone. I have minimal time to work on this, I'm skilled with computers and the "big two" of online selling DIY style...Most all of the stuff for sale isn't really Craigslist type listings...I presume I could play that angle too. I mean ALL PROCEEDS will go DIRECTLY to building the stage/venue as well as the amazing wonders of aquaculture farming organic veggies/fruits with large catfish too! Any and all help is greatly appreciated. MEGA KARMA POINTS FOR YOU! We're facing the possibility of some stark times in 20 days, so we have to BOOK IT to get this project started and finished. LUCKILY, I already have had every angle including importing the cool stuff to raise funds for supplies to build with that we cannot scrounge from local sawmills, neighbors and whatnot. DIY all the way! Thanks again!
What is this Arkanoid controller? Back in the early 90s when I was a kid, my uncle gave my dad his NES system, games, controllers, etc., when he got a Sega. When I was in high school, my dad finally gave it to me, and when I went off to college I took it with me. It's been a long time since I've played it regularly, but I've got a friend who's really into old games, and I hooked it all up again. I have the game Arkanoid and a special Arkanoid controller. I looked on an online auction site to see what they were going for, out of curiosity and wondering if these special controllers are rare. The catch is that I can't find a single controller that looks like mine - they are all Nintendo off-white with a black knob on the bottom of the controller face (which is the same as mine), and they all have a black button on the top of the controller face. Mine does not; mine has a red rectangular button on the top of the face instead. I cannot find a single image or reference to this layout. Anyone out in the web know anything about this? I can't find any reference anywhere to an off-white controller with a rectangular red top button. Yes, it was made by Taito (or at least it has the Taito logo across the top, above the button like in all the Vaus controller images I've seen). It is an NES controller - it plugs right into my NES and works with the game. I wish this site would let me upload a pic of it, but it doesn't seem to have that capability.
Can a company hold payments received from customers legally? I am a seller on ebay. I have a 100% feedback with no customer complaints. I am a top seller and a power seller also. I try to do my best when dealing with customers. Ebay randomly selected my account to do something strange. They are freezing customer payments received for 21 days. What this means is I have to pay for shipping out of pocket. I can't pay for the shipping costs out of my paypal account. I can't pay for seller fees out of paypal. So basically, they are hurting themselves. After I ship off my latest sales I probably will close my account and go to another online auction site. I don't earn much. I was only using my earnings to purchase coupons on ebay to help us save money at the store. Can a company legally hold your money without any reason? They didn't call me, they haven't explained why the put my earnings on hold. I have been over my ebay and paypal accounts to find any complaints. I can't find any explanation for this absurd action. I'll still use ebay for personal items, but as far as I'm concerned I'm closing my seller account. I have enough stress in life to deal with ebay's ridiculous rules. They're losing money. I'll find another site who appreciates their sellers. But can ebay legally hold my earnings? Thanks.
Why are children these days so ungrateful? (I tried to post the question with the link byt YA wouldn't let me so I had to post the content here.) PARENTS planning day trips during the summer holidays have been sent a message from the kids. Don’t bother. Almost 70 per cent of students say they hated family days out as youngsters and wished their parents had left them to amuse themselves. Top of the hate list were visits to the Natural History Museum (or any museum) closely followed by days out in Blackpool or Bognor Regis and, almost as bad, trips to see distant relatives. Only a quarter of 1,200 students polled in a survey claimed to enjoy family days out. For 42 per cent the journey was the worst part of the trip, but 18 per cent blamed lack of “fun things to do” at their destination. And 12 per cent said they would prefer to be surfing the internet. Many students claimed that boredom had been to blame for any childhood sulkiness. Nigel Whiteoak, manager of online auction site TeleBid.com, which undertook the research, said yesterday: “It quickly became evident that more would prefer to stay at home and do their own thing than enjoy a day out with the family.” He added: “I have to confess I am one of the few who used to enjoy day trips to Blackpool with my family in the summer.’’ Life coach and youth worker Joseph Clough said: “This research shows that, despite attempts to ensure quality time spent with their children, parents are falling short and weakening their bond with them by enforcing time together.” Ten most hated day trips 1 Natural History Museum 2 Blackpool 3 Bognor Regis 4 Visiting relatives 5 Weston-Super-Mare 6 Stonehenge 7 Warwick Castle 8 Model villages 9 Nature parks 10 Garden Centres

Did you know barrera-autosales is scam site like stars-automart.com? Look at barrera-autosales.com, autoaven, com and stars-auto.com they have made some changes to the web page but it is still a scam site quote Denver News BBB Flooded With Complaints On 2 Auto Auction Sites Stars-Automart, Autoaven Sent Cease And Desist Letters POSTED: 12:41 pm MDT August 11, 2009 DENVER -- The Denver office of the Better Business Bureau said its telephone helpline has been jammed with calls from people across the country who are asking about two auto sales Web sites that claim to be headquartered in Denver. According to the BBB, calls have been nonstop and the BBB has sent a "cease and desist" notice regarding trademark infringement to the company because of a fake BBB report the sites link to that falsely shows the company with an A+ rating. The two Web sites list one physical address as 10701 W. Sixth Ave, but that address actually belongs to BBB Accredited business, Automotive Avenues, Inc. Another link goes to 3925 Monaco Parkway, which actually belongs to Cintas Document Management -- a paper shredding company. The two Web sites, www.stars-automart.com and www.autoaven.com, claim to offer sales of repossessed vehicles. The BBB said customers complain that once a majority payment is sent via MoneyGram to a Denver address, the company ceases communication. The company has not responded to the BBB. An Internet check shows the two domain names are registered to a private registration company in Sunnyvale, Calif. The BBB said it sent out the warning because on-delivery and Internet auction fraud were the top two complained-about fraud types at the Internet Crime Complaint Center. "The BBB takes complaints very seriously and does not want any more consumers to be victimized," a news release stated. TheDenverChannel attempted to contact the Web sites without success. The phone number listed on the site goes to a recording, which suggests callers contact them by e-mail. The same section of the stars-automart.com Web site lists a James Stewart as the owner. To protect from online scams, the BBB has the following suggestions: • Verify any organization credentials with the organization directly, (BBB, AutoTrader, Consumer Reports logos, etc.) • Check the company’s BBB report at www.denver.bbb.org or by calling 303-758-2100. Only do business online with websites you are familiar with and that have a positive track record. • Make sure the website has a privacy policy. It will contain agreements on how the information you provide on the website will be used and kept private and secure. Print this and keep it in your records. • The privacy policy may also contain the company’s mailing address. Only do business with companies that provide a sure method of contact, should something go wrong. • Do not wire transfer any payment. Wired funds cannot be traced and therefore cannot be recovered if you are a victim of fraud. • If you have become a victim of fraud, contact your BBB and the Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov to file a complaint. Please dont fall for this and report them to law enforcement

Anonymous Prepaid Credit card? So... I want a prepaid credit card which i can get in a different name and address. It's because i was suspended from Ebay, totally unfairly (I did nothing wrong!) but i need to get back onto it to sell as its my livelyhood and no other auction sites are coming close. i downloaded an ebook which told me how to get back onto ebay but i need a prepaid credit card in my "new" address and name. Its not fraud as its not obtaining credit in a false address, its just like a mobile phone top up card. My question is, these seem easy to get in the USA but where or how cani get one in the UK where I dont have to show proof of who I am or my address? Any I bought online would obviiously need my real address to send it to me! Help, im deperate. I would be willing togive my personal name and address to anyone i traded with, im an honest person trying to make an honest living. i am sick to death of speaking to robots at ebay. they suspended me because they believed my account was affiliated with another suspended account, because our surnames are the same!!! I have spoken to them REPEATEDLY as its ridiculously but they still just tell me Im banned for 12 months. Ive done nothing wrong at all and now they are refusing to even acknowledge my emails. I hate ebay but need them to make my living. :( There WAs nothing wrong. no disputes, 500 feedback 100% positive. They wont even answer me now. Its all beause I had the same name as someone else who was banned apparently and they still believe I am affiliated with her! I DOnt KnOW HER! and its not obtaining credit. It is like a top up voucher, you buy them anonymously dont you? Its not credit if you pay in advance.

What should I choose? I am trying to make an online business that could make me six or more figures a year. I have had a couple ideas so far such as auction site for gift cards, but it would take too much work for not that much return. The other idea is a niche content website with lots of content to bring in traffic. It will also have adsense and affiliate products for me to make six or more figures a year. I have my mind set to do that site since many people tell me it is good. However, I have two more ideas and want to know if you think any one of the ideas could make me six or more figures a year. The ideas are.., 1. A social network type site where users can submit there original songs that they wrote and have rights to. Other users can then listen to the song, rate it, and or comment about the song. The users can also "share" songs with fans. To become a fan, users must confirm you. Fans get notified for each new song listing. Fans can also chat with their friends and other fans in the chat room. Each week, I'll put on the hompage a top 10 list of all the top 10 songs found by most listened to and best rated. I know I will need to hire a web design firm and pay 5k-10k for the site. To make money, I'll have ads. Do you think this online business idea could make me six or more figures a year? Idea 2- basicly, the idea is to sell office chairs on a website. I create a nice looking site, use a wholesale/dropshipper to provide the chairs, and sell to make profit. Could this online business idea make me six or more figures a year? Could any of these online business ideas make me six or more figures a year? Thanks!
Which company idea should I pick? I would like to start an online company. My goal is to eventually make six or more figures a year. I have two ideas, 1 being a interactive type of site, and 2 being a standard online business. I'm not sure which one is profitable. 1. A website where people can siign up for free and sell, list, buy, trade, and auction off their websites and or domain names. Users would be charged a small fee to post a listing. They could then post info and photos of their site and people can buy the site for a buy now price, or get entered into an auction. I would have account ratings and telephone verification to help with security. There is already a site called flippa.com that does everything I just mentioned. The reason why people don't like flippa is because the listing fee is to high. If I can lower th fee, and implement a marketing plan, I will have success. Flippa makes 4-5k a day just from advertisiments on their site. There are currently pre made scripts available for this type of site, and they only cost $60. The problem is, it is not a professional site, and I'm worried about bugs with the script. If I wanted to make this site, should I buy the pre made scripts, have an elance person build an okay site for $1000, or hire a web design firm to build a top notch site for 10k? I am a teen, so my startup cash is limited. Pros- limited competition, huge potential Cons- huge startup 2. I would start a web hosting company by reselling web hosting plans. I would join a companies reseller program, and create a website and promote hosting plans. The company keeps the wholesale cost, and I keep the markup. So if it's 40 a year and I mark up to 65 a year, I keep 25 a year for that customer. It is recurring income. If I get a modest 2 people per day, I would have 730 clients by the end of the year. That means for the next year, I am making 18k from the people from the first year, while also gaining new clients. So every year, assuming that the client still is hosting with us, I am getting an additional 18k. So I'm making tons of money for years to come. I have heard of host gator and resellers panel which I think has good reseller plans. Resellerspanel has great profits and you get unlimited domains, a website to promote your company, 24/7/365 support, and marketing tools. Resellerspanel does not use cpanel though. They have their own site builder and control panel system which is a problem for clients who want or need cpanel. Host gator costs more than resellers panel, does not host as much space, but does come with cpanel. Would you recommend I use resellers panel, or any other hosting company. Pros- super low startup costs, just need to promote, work any hours Cons- a lot of competition, but hey, if you attract people to your site first and they like your plans, you get their sale. Which idea is more profitable. Do you think any could make me six or more figures a year? Thanks.
Which business idea should I pick? I would like to start an online company. My goal is to eventually make six or more figures a year. I have two ideas, 1 being a interactive type of site, and 2 being a standard online business. I'm not sure which one is profitable. 1. A website where people can siign up for free and sell, list, buy, trade, and auction off their websites and or domain names. Users would be charged a small fee to post a listing. They could then post info and photos of their site and people can buy the site for a buy now price, or get entered into an auction. Do people know when car dealerships have hugh discount sales it can be a ripoff? I bought a car during a weekend only sale. 3k off the sales price. I use a credit card and they financed the rest. The amount I put down on credit card was the over amount they charged. I did not know it till I got home and did a kelly book check. Turns out the car was a manufacture mellon that was only 2 years old. It was nearly perfect but it had a air-condition leak that cased a hugh mold problem. They put the car on the lot with out dealer papers and say it was just traded in by an earlier customer. It still needed to be safe inspected and they would remove the stale smell at that time. I was charged 22,000 dollars with interest on a Volkswagenn Passatt with only 52000 miles. They worked on it 2 times for the smell. The only way is to completetly remove all the interior carpet, seats, and cloth material. They disguised the smell with some spray which after one day returned so bad we had to have all the windows down just to breath. I ended bringing it back and paid 2 thousand dollars to get my old car back. I would have lost 8 thousand if i hadn't. The kelly blue book is only 14k on a car in mint shape with same mileage. Also the car fact site showed the car had been in an accident and was sold in auction 6 months prior and no other sale. The dealors use these mailings to force people to buy without knowing what is wrong. They say the car will sell with the next customer because of the 3k deal they offer with the mailing. Also the new electronics are soo bad they constantly are in the shop. Its a hugh scam!!!! The only way to buy one is to have a lap top computer that can get online at the dealorship at the time you look at the car. They move the cars to the next dealership so its not there after you have gone home to check the carfax. So what people are saying is ..if a company employee can lie and cheat to get someone to buy there product its your fault because they have 50 years of experiance lieing to your being a honest person and wanting life to be fair. No wonder we are only a step away from a civil war.
Which website idea is better? Hello. I would like to make six figures a year. I have two website ideas. 1. A website where users can sign up and list, buy, sell, and auction their websites and domain names. Website flipping is a huge business, and many people want an already made and established website. People with established websites sometimes like to sell their site and make cash. It is a marketplace for websites. I would make money by charging a small commission to the seller and by having ads on the website. Pros- cool idea, they have already made scripts for $50 Cons- competing with flippa and site point and websitebroker which are already established. 2. Consultants is a huge business, however, people with online businesses and websites also need help with how they should run their company. This would be a website based around a unique points system. The person who needs help with their website would buy 10 tokens for a small fee per token in order to post a question about their site. They could then post a snapshot along with the URL and questions they have about marketing, revenue, etc. Other users could then answer the questions and give feedback. Once the post closes, the ten points are distributed as follows. If there are more than 5 people who answered, only the top 5 chosen by the question poster gets 1 point each. If there are more than two but less than five, top two get two points. If there is only one poster and he has a good answer, he gets five points. The remaining five or six points are mine. If no one posts on your question within a month, you get your refund or can use points again later. You can also trade in points for cash and for prizes with people with many points. At first when the site is in beta, if there is a automatic posting thing used by scammers, users can flag them and I would manually delete the accounts. After beta, we would install a spam free security system that detects and prevents spam. I would make money by selling points and ads on the site. Pros- great new idea, money from different sources Cons- startup costs are huge since I would have to hire a web design firm. 3. Sell wholesale products from doba on ebay. People have been telling me in order to get rich, you have to start a business. So those are my business ideas. However, this year, I am being promoted to partner at my management consulting firm and will be making seven figures each year as partner. I would then go onto a fortune 500 media company like viacom, time Warner, or news corp, apply for a senior management/executive position and make multi millions each year. Is it worth even starting a business. Maybe with my millions, I could afford to start number 2 if you think it is a good idea? However, I don't need a business to make me rich. I've already become rich living off of my six figure salary from my firm and soon to be million dollar salary.
Thank you cons for increasing Internet rates and billings? Your defeat of Net Neutrality has paved the way for increases in Internet billing. Hope it was worth it. Fox News isn't always right you know. Web usage-based billing on its way Alex Sherman, Bloomberg News Thursday, December 1, 2011 Print E-mail Share Comments (45) Font | Size: 121 Hulu/ Netflix via Bloomberg Hulu (left) and Netflix, film and TV show streaming sites, have driven up Internet demand, prompting providers to start charging based on data use. Time Warner Cable and U.S. pay-TV companies, weighing how to profit from surging Internet demand spurred by Netflix and Hulu, are on the verge of instituting new fees on Web-access customers who use the most data. At least one major cable operator will institute usage-based billing next year, predicts Craig Moffett, an analyst with Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. in New York. He said Cox Communications, Charter Communications or Time Warner Cable may be first to charge Web-access customers for the amount of data they consume, not just transmission speed. "As more video shifts to the Web, the cable operators will inevitably align their pricing models," Moffett said. "With the right usage-based pricing plan, they can embrace the transition instead of resisting it." U.S. providers have weighed usage-based plans for years as a way to squeeze more profit from Web access, and to counter slowing growth and rising program costs in the TV business. While customer complaints hampered earlier attempts, pay-TV companies are testing usage caps and price structures that point to the advent of permanent fees. According to media researcher SNL Kagan, about 12.1 million U.S. households will receive TV shows and movies from Internet services rather than a traditional pay TV provider by 2015, up from 2.5 million homes at the end of 2010. Cable's best option is to find ways to profit from the online shift, said Moffett. If the companies were to lose all of their video customers, the revenue decline would be more than offset by a lower programming fees and set-top box spending. "In the end, it will be the best thing that ever happened to the cable industry," Moffett said. Read more: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2011/11/30/BU7A1M6257.DTL#ixzz1fJIuC1ko

Availability of Shiny Spandex Disco Jeans? I just found that those shiny spandex disco jeans are back! Use your search feature and look up the "American Apparel Disco Pant" as they ares a superb copy of an iconic club wear staple in the 70’s and 80’s. I bought these Xmas 2009 for my 2 adult nieces and the girls wore them to go Clubbing in Las Vegas just days later hitting a number of the top nightclubs. Both of them gave these Disco Pant(s) very enthusiastic thumbs up and found them to be really comfortable too. I’d rate the colors available as Best- Black which is classic, 2nd Midnight Blue is stunning in person, 3rd Charcoal which is a silver grey metallic color, 4th red -bright think Long Beach Grand Prix, and 5th is purple, unusual cool urban look. Made in the USA adds to their value. You can find on line coupons to save at American Apparel. Exercise your wow power with these so consider them for clubbing, that Vegas trip or just making the guys drool when out shopping. These jean cut pants are made from a rare heavy weight spandex that’s much, much heavier than say leggings. Their heavy weight weave and high quality make them very forgiving of small to moderate body detriments; as this fabric has a great smoothing / slimming effect to produce a super figure for many wearers. The fabric breathes making them cooler and more comfy than most leather, faux leather or PVC jeans. They stretch and give a bit which helps with comfort and allowing one to move easily which is good for dancing or being active. The Disco Pant is washable, use delicates & line dry. All of the colors have a very cool shiny quality that turns up the “Wow Power” of a woman’s figure. It all adds up to great looks. You can put together a wide variety of looks from Festive to Sophisticated to Edgy. Pairing with high heels re-enforces the hot look, while the daring will go with boots. It still is the higher the boot, the greater edginess, but you could go with ankle boots, knee high, over the knee, or even with thigh high boots. At maximum mesmerizing impact, droves of hapless men will come over and babble silly stuff just to talk to you. (Think of the money you’ll save on drinks!) These are extremely faithful reproductions of the "Shiny Spandex Disco Jeans" with the detail of two pockets on the back side. Shiny Spandex Disco Jeans were originally introduced in the late 1970's quickly becoming a top disco club wear staple. Later in the 1980's the Heavy Metal bands and fans take to these as both stage and club wear also to be seen in film and TV regularly. On auction sites the original ones can go for $100-200 but at the time of posting AA has them for $78 and you can usually get some discounts coupons searching online to save even more. I am happy to see them, they are fun, cool and really spicy hot looking, I’d go as far as to say you should really give them a try. Does anyone know of any other makers at this time? (Competition is always good!)
