Identify this Online Game? I used to play this game online that was set on a deserted tropical island. The graphics were beautiful and very life-like. What is this online game? I used to play this game online when i was smaller. Ive looked for it for ages and now i cant remember what its called. the details are sketchy but here's what i remember. It was about space. and it had these aliens with annoying voices. it was a brainteaser game. and you could choose from easy medium or hard. easy took about 5 seconds to figure out, and hard was really difficult, from my recollection. the game started with a spaceship landing on a planet's surface (a cartoon one, the whole game was a bad cartoon) it was the classic UFO shape. Round, with a clear dome lid on top. an alien then got out of the spaceship, walked to the front of the screen, and started talking in a weird voice, in a different language. it sounded like Nibbler of futurama. and a speech bubble came on the screen to translate for the alien. i can't remember the name to this online game? I remember playing this interactive game a year or two ago, all the time. I think you could interact with other players from around the world, and you were represented by a stick figure with different clothes and accessories depending on what you could find or win from mini games all over the site. I'm looking for an online game? I remember playing this game somewhere on the net but I can't remember what site it was on or what it was called. It was basically a bubble-popping game. You had to shoot bubbles into groups of three to pop them. On each level, you would start with a shape of bubbles, say a triangle. Then you'd have to shoot a bubble from the bottom of the screen to make a group of three. If you didn't manage to make a group of three, more bubbles would appear. You could bounce bubbles off the sides and top of the screen to make them go where you wanted them to. The background was a kind of underwater/undersea setting and there were 50 levels altogether. I was expecting the email to say something more along the lines of "your cashout has been approved and please allow 15 days for delivery". Needless to say I was very surprised. Then my surprise turned to anger when the follow up email said they are "seizing all of my funds" due to collusion with another player. I feel Im being nothing short of robbed since Ive never done anything remotely close to what they are accusing me of. This other player they are referring to and I are indeed friends, we have played at tables together in the past, maybe 8 to 10 times out of friendly competition yet never to work together to win any money ( as Im certain records would indicate it would be very very rare to find he or I finishing in the top 3 during any of those 8 to 10 games, mostly because neither of us are very good players I guess ). Heres the part that upsets me the most. Im certain it has been well over a year, closer to two years since he and I have found ourselves on the same table either intentionally or by accident. I find it EXTREMELY ironic that they decide only now to close my account; 3 days after requesting a cashout and nearly 2 years after sitting at the same table with the player they accuse me of somehow cheating with. Our play at the same table together is obviously something they have had record of since the last time he and I have played together, like I said, well over a year- closer to two years ago. Yet they never said anything about it to me until now and gladly took deposit after deposit after deposit from me, only now raising an issue 3 days after requesting my first cashout. Heres the problem I immediately find myself in at first glance: Online poker seems to still be operating in the wild wild west even though its been around for several years now. Its not something I can solve by simply having my attorney send a threatening letter or whatever. All the legal implications seem to reside in whatever dark shadow of a country they operate in. I feel like I am at a loss for any kind of defense to what they are accusing me of. And thats a terrible feeling, particularly knowing I have done nothing wrong. I plan on requesting records of the games he and I have played in together in and requesting proof of the outcome to prove he and I made virtually NO MONEY at any table we have both been sitting at together. But if they decide to ignore me, then Im at a loss of what to do next. Regardless, I was at 0 dollars in my account a month ago and now have over 1,000; all of these winnings being achieved in the past 30 days while the wrongdoing they are accusing me of took place a very long time ago. Should I not at least be entitled to my winnings of the past 30 days, even if they want me to refund any money I may have made while playing with this other player? That only seems fair. Does anyone know of an agency which may loosely govern the online poker community which may give me some assistance in this matter? Is there anyone I can turn to for help? Name of old online game? I remember playing a simple multiplayer flash game a few (three or four) years ago whose name I cannot recall. In it, the player progressed down an endless dungeon, fighting elemental enemies and interacting with other players. The enemies, environments and players were all simple and elegant. The top level was a small island area with a whimsical castle in the middle where one could receive quests. On the same website (by the same game developer) there was a 3D tank battle game and a moon-exploration game. What is the top ten graphics cards on the market today? I have been playing all of my online games with really laggy gameplay. My FPS stays between 6 and 10. I want to know for personal opinions (not from a site) what graphics card can i install (for windows) that will run my games smoothly? The main game i play is WoW. Having Issues Playing Online on Call of Duty World at War on PS3? i have been playing this game since december online with no issues, as well as COD4. However, last night I got kicked off of a game, then since then havent been able to get back in a game. It will set me in a room, but I will be alone and it keeps saying at the top... TRYING TO JOIN GAME or WAITING FOR MATCH QUALITY. I went to the support site and did what it said. It worked for one game, then it started all over again. I cant get back on. All of my other games work fine online, like Resistance 2, Rock Band, etc. It's just COD games. And no one from their phone or online department will help me. i play alot of online games and i love to watch videos but i have a bit of a connection problem? alright now listen to me because i am really mad right now and i could talk forever. its been over a month since i got my new laptop because my old computer broke (not laptop). my old computer ran really smoothly and (without lag) i would be able to play any online game and watch any video. but now i Just bought a new dell laptop which cost me around 600- $800. but on this laptop i cannot play any online games it constantly tells me that i have connection lost or error connecting to server. i honestly play loads of online games but now i cant even say hi to my friends because it logs me out after about, oh idk 15-45 seconds tops. its really getting me aggravated and its making me really impatient. so now onto my video problems. after a long day of playing online games or going outside to play basketball with my neighbor i like to sit at my computer to watch something funny, exciting, scary, or even something saddening on youtube, but u know what. !I CANT! its not the fact that i cant get on youtube or any other video sites its the fact that when watching a video it plays around 10-20 seconds of it then it stops.. making me wait another 2-6! minutes Just to play another 20-?? seconds. also Just to let you know that sometimes *MOST OF THE TIME* i wont let me though showing a box saying i cant go through telling me to try again. then after about 10-13 refreshes later it starts going at the speed of light... -_- ironically... Just for it to happen AGAIN a random amount of pages later... MORE INFORMATION 1) My old computer that was so great was a windows xp that used a wired connection from a modem called TOSHIBA PCX2500 which is the SAME EXACT modem im using for my dell laptop 2) my dell laptop is windows vista home basic with 3.00 GB of RAM.. now i know what your going to say.. vista sucks.. or change to windows xp.. but i cant my parents wont let me -_- they think i cant do anything right that involves computers... Should i get a macbook pro even if i dont do any multimedia stuff? I just need a good laptop for homework and a little bit of gaming like crysis. online sites told me macs are only good at multimedia and its one of the top computers in pcmag. I dont do any multimedia other than downloading songs, thats about it. NEED HELP, Think my Lap-Top has a VIRUS?????? Recently when I get online, I have been getting a lot of these pop-up ads. I never get pop-up ads. I always have the pop-up blocker on the highest setting and it has never allowed pop ups but suddenly theyre coming up. The pop ups are all similar, same size, they take up my whole screen so I know it's coming from the same source. The ad that comes up usually depends on what site I'm on. If I'm on yahoo, an add will come up that's pretending to be yahoo. Or if I'm on a gaming site, a type of gaming ad will pop-up. In addition to pop-up blocker I have windows firewall on. And I recently downloaded Avast Home Edition and did a full system scan. The scan found a lot of viruses and took care of them all. But I am still getting theses pop-ups. I know this is not normal because I have had this laptop for years and never got theses pop-ups. How can I make them go away when I already have my pop-up blocker on its highest setting??

what/which requirements do i need for kal online? I have downloaded kalonline and directX 9. When I open the program and press start game, I see a large white square where the games should be. In additon the top and bottom of the screen are white as well. Husband being two-face, watching naked women online? I recently found, on my husbands work lap top, over 2000 different hits on adult web-sites. He's snuck away durijng TIMES WITH ME to peek at his laptop. He frequents these sites most during work hours but has logged online during times I'm home, asleep, etc. This comes as a shock to me because when we got together, he said that even looking at another person is cheating. He said that himself. So much so that when we watch TV, if there is a half naked girl onscreen, he'll change the channel or put his head down. Please keep in mind that HE DOES THIS ON HIS OWN. I've told him time and time again that he's not a child and doesn't need to do that but he refused to stop (putting his head down or leaving the room). To find over 2000 hits on websites with naked women (not porn) is crazy to me, since he is the way he is and makes it a point to be this "respectable gentleman." I tried to introduce porn into the relationship a few times, but each time he tells me that we don't need that, and he doesn't want to rely on that, so he doesn't want to watch. When I told him I caught him, he denied it, although I had proof. He denied it for a few hours, then slowly caved in. When I asked him why, he said he was just curious and that 2000 hits means he's just curious but I really don't get it. If he wants to look at half naked women, why shoot down the porn THAT I SUGGEST and why put your head down or change the channel when a sexy girl is on the TV. I just don't get the lying and why he's being shady when I'm all for porn. Why sit in your car and look at your laptop? And it's not even hard-core porn. I need help with selecting what I need in a laptop? My parents are helping me out with purchasing a laptop. I like the Dell brand. But, I'm almost 30 and still pretty new at computer stuff. I don't know what I want/need with regards to speed, and size of the memory space. I don't even know how they are measured! I do know I want the laptop to be reasonably fast, although it doesn't have to be the top speed. Warhawk - PS3 - How do I play a split screen game, offline? I just purchased Warhawk for my PS3. I am stuck with a dial-up internet connection, and there's no way Comcast will run a line up to us (we're on top of a mountain). I know that it is intended mainly for online play, but I wanted to play split screen with my buddies, like it says on the box. But it won't allow me. I click "start" passed the main screen and then click "local games" it then tries to initialize the network, but then fails and gives me the error message, "The network hardware is not initialized yet. Anybody working from home and actually making money doing so? I am stuck at home 99.9% of the time being the primary caregiver for my 80 year old mother who doesn't get around too well any more and my 8 year old son who is the "adhd poster child"! My main problem with these seems to be marketing/page views/ranking. Every month a handful of people find my ebay store by doing a specific item search on ebay but this has not resulted in many sales. Last Rites for Indian Dead by Suzan Shown Harjo What if museums, universities, and government agencies could put your dead relatives on display or keep them in boxes to be cut up and otherwise studied? What if you believed that the spirits of the dead could not rest until their human remains were placed in a sacred area? The ordinary American would say there ought to be a law—and there is, for ordinary Americans. The problem for American Indians is that there are too many laws of the kind that make us the archeological property of the United States and too few of the kind that protect us from such insults. Some of my own Cheyenne relatives’ skulls are in the Smithsonian Institution today, along with those of at least 4,500 other Indian people who were violated in the 1800s by the U.S. Army for an “Indian Crania Study.” It wasn’t enough that these unarmed Cheyenne people were mowed down by the cavalry at the infamous Sand Creek massacre; many were decapitated and their heads shipped to Washington as freight. (The Army Medical Museum’s collection is now in the Smithsonian.) Some had been exhumed° only hours after being buried. Imagine their grieving families’ reaction on finding their loved ones disinterred° and headless. Some targets of the Army’s study were killed in noncombat situations and beheaded immediately. The officer’s account of the decapitation of the Apache chief Mangas Coloradas in 1863 shows the pseudoscientific nature of the exercise. “I weighed the brain and measured the skull,” the good doctor wrote, “and found that while the skull was smaller, the brain was larger than that of Daniel Webster.” These journal accounts exist in excruciating detail, yet missing are any records of overall comparisons, conclusions, or final reports of the Army study. Since it is unlike the Army not to leave a paper trail, one must wonder about the motive for its collection. The total Indian body count in the Smithsonian collection is more than 19,000, and it is not the largest in the country. It is not inconceivable that the 1.5 million of us living today are outnumbered by our dead stored in museums, educational institutions, federal agencies, state historical societies, and private collections. The Indian people are further dehumanized by being exhibited alongside the mastodons and dinosaurs and other extinct creatures. Where we have buried our dead in peace, more often than not the sites have been desecrated. For more than two hundred years, relic-hunting has been a popular pursuit. Lately, the market in Indian artifacts has brought this abhorrent activity to a fever pitch in some areas. And when scavengers come upon Indian burial sites, everything found becomes fair game, including sacred burial offerings, teeth, and skeletal remains.One unusually well-publicized example of Indian grave desecration occurred two years ago in a western Kentucky field known as Slack Farm, the site of an Indian village five centuries ago. Ten men—one with a business card stating “Have Shovel, Will Travel”—paid the landowner $10,000 to lease digging rights between planting seasons. They dug extensively on the forty-acre farm, rummaging through an estimated 650 graves, collecting burial goods, tools, and ceremonial items. Skeletons were strewn about like litter. What motivates people to do something like this? Financial gain is the first answer. Indian relic-collecting has become a multimillion-dollar industry. The price tag on a bead necklace can easily top $1,000; rare pieces fetch tens of thousands. And it is not just collectors of the macabre° who pay for skeletal remains. Scientists say that these deceased Indians are needed for research that someday could benefit the health and welfare of living Indians. But just how many dead Indians must they examine? Nineteen thousand? There is doubt as to whether permanent curation of our dead really benefits Indians. Dr. Emery A. Johnson, former assistant Surgeon General, recently observed, “I am not aware of any current medical diagnostic or treatment procedure that has been derived from research on such skeletal remains. Nor am I aware of any during the thirty-four years that I have been involved in American Indian . . . health care.” Indian remains are still being collected for racial biological studies. While the intentions may be honorable, the ethics of using human remains this way without the full consent of relatives must be questioned. Some relief for Indian people has come on the state level. Almost half of the states, including California, have passed laws protecting Indian burial sites and restricting the sale of Indian bones, burial offerings, and other sacred items. Rep. Charles E. Bennett (D-Fla.) and Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) have introduced bills that are a good start in invoking the federal government’s protection. However, no legislation has attacked the problem headon by imposing stiff penalties at the marketplace, or by changing laws that make dead Indians the nation’s property. Some universities—notably Stanford, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Seattle—have returned, or agreed to return, Indian human remains; it is fitting that institutions of higher education should lead the way.Congress is now deciding what to do with the government’s extensive collection of Indian human remains and associated funerary objects. The secretary of the Smithsonian, Robert McC. Adams, has been valiantly° attempting to apply modern ethics to yesterday’s excesses. This week, he announced that the Smithsonian would conduct an inventory and return all Indian skeletal remains that could be identified with specific tribes or living kin. But there remains a reluctance generally among collectors of Indian remains to take action of a scope that would have a quantitative impact and a healing quality. If they will not act on their own—and it is highly unlikely that they will—then Congress must act. The country must recognize that the bodies of dead American Indian people are not artifacts to be bought and sold as collector’s items. It is not appropriate to store tens of thousands of our ancestors for possible future research. They are our family. They deserve to be returned to their sacred burial grounds and given a chance to rest. The plunder of our people’s graves has gone on too long. A. logo with a blue castle with the shadows of a family walking through the door. The logo is blue. I could not find one similar on the site for Magic Kingdom. That's the company's tag line. And they deliver. LOVETHELAB?************ I'm a BD flow lover, a confirmed Mac user (I tell everyone "I don't do Windows"). So why am I touting a machine made by Amnis that requires Windows? Because this instrument goes above and beyond mere flow cytometry- it shows you every event (that's cell to non-flow users) in detail. I used it and I am sold. It takes a single experiment now to do intracellular localization, in place of two. A simpler caspase activation assay. What's not to love? Even the computer quandary is solvable (the one feature I'd change: I'd have it run off a Mac) - with an Intel Mac; just get Parallels software, install Windows, and you are good to go, or rather, run. And the ImageStream can run off an Intel Mac this way too. I bought an Intel iMac just for analysis. Installation of Parallels was easy, IDEAS is about as intuitional as any flow software package. And Amnnis reps bend over to be helpful. Don't let the price tag scare you; rather, help write a shared- instrument grant (we did) for your institution to get one. It is simply amazing. Unfortunately (being a cheap and nasty belkin) it gets horrifically unstable if we try to change too many settings on it, like assigning an SSID or using MAC address control. Ok I like this girl and well ? Last year I went to a friends poker game and his roommate walked in drunk off her ass. because she has just back from a 80's party. I'm not sure if she notice me or even remembers meeting me that night but instantly i was attracted to her. A friend invited me to birth day party turns out it was hers she was turning 24, I could not bring my self to obvious be hitting on her because it is her party. Well at her party siting around doing nothing became tedious so I started to mix some drinks and it seemed that she liked the girly drinks i made we had a very short convo something like oh i hope you have a good b day parity. a few weeks later i found her on a online dating site the funny thing about this is she was my top match on the site. well i sent her a dumb message like hey i would like to talk to you, then no response. a few months later I saw her myspace so i add her as a friend her profile says she is single. ok How should i go about asking her out? is it to late? ask for a #?

Why are there so many questions about Pokemon!? It's not a good game. None of them were very good at all. If anything they only have gotten worse.
