online comp test? working with elderly?

i went in for an interview yesterday at an assisted living home for the elderly. the residence director gave me a short list of what i have to do and bring in before i can start training, one thing on the list says "online comp test" does anyone know where or how i could take this test? i tried calling the home to speak with her but shes not in and i want to get all of this together so i can start soon. thanks for your help,i appreciate your time.
