How to make a persuasive flyer for a new babysitting business.?

I am starting a new babysitting business and I don't know how to make my flyer very persuasive. What should I write. This is what I have soo far. I have the name of the business on the top portion of the paper and a smiling baby in the background. and I have LOOKING FOR A BABYSITTER in bold black. what else should I write.

1. I have a few ideas, hope they help :) Use a creative name like sunshine babysitting then put a smiling sun on it or others depending on the name of the business then put pictures of smiling children playing and pictures of people reading to and caring for children, use children's hand prints. Use describing words for yourself, like caring, attentive and responsible. List your qualifications. Provide a set of removable phone numbers at the bottom of the flier. This can be done by writing your name and phone number at the bottom of the paper in vertical sections an inch wide. Use a pair of scissors and cut a slit in between each section so that a prospective employer can tear it off. Make it clear and easy to read.
