I have a 2004 chevy silverado with a factory installed 7 pin trailer connector.?

All the pins work as listed on the plug cover except the left turn signal terminal when it is energized both the left and right turn signal terminals are energized. Is there a terminal box or junction box that these wires go to?

1. There is a junction block under the left rear corner of the truck. It is for all of the rear lights. you will see several connectors going into it. There are also seperate fuses for the trailer turn signals in the fuse block so I would check all of them as well.
