what's the top best blog site?

i want to create a blog to share things and memories, which blog site should i choose? If i write my blog in English and Chinese, will it make it confusing or it doesn't matter? What are the free blog templates that i can use? :)

If you want minimalistic with lots of accessibility then google blogger, because even from your phone you could blog, which is a big plus. Next simplest would be tumblr, which is getting a huge following because of its simplicity, it uses something similar to XML coding and has quite a few templates available for free. Then finally Word press is the best, with the most functionality. But to get the most out of wordpress you need to be willing to get your hands dirty in coding and modification. Out of all Wordpress has the most themes, and functionality but has a higher learning curve. As for a bilingual blog will be a bad idea. It can only be read by bilingual people. So you will get double the audiance by choosing a single language and going. Tumblr from the dash menu it self you can easily find templates, as well as in wordpress. or you can simply search google and type Free Wordpress templates or free tumblr templates.
