ways to reduce and deal with stress?
things are always piling up and i never have enough time or energy to deal all of it. when i do get things done, it's hurried. it's hard to find time for myself. i work full time, take care of my 5 month old daughter, and try to make things work, but when more is added to my to do list everyday, it causes me major stress. i can only do so much in day, so i put things off because i can't find time and the stress multiplies. this week has been especially bad. frantically trying to find a new car after mine breaks down, sellling it for parts to get money for a new car, doctor appts, bills, cleaning, laundry, taxes, and all those little things that come up. i have a bad cold for 2 weeks, i think it's been lasting this long and has been this bad because of my stress levels. i'm losing patience with my daughter and her being in pain because she's teething. what i really need is a way to reduce stress, some sort of method to my madness. i need to find a way to deal with this stress. can anyone help me?

- Take a vacation if your family is the one stressin you out you most lykly need to take a break from them. Go to a nice hotel wit a spa. Get a massage and pamper your self . This always helps me get rid of stress
- Is there a man in your life? If so, can he take on some of these tasks? If not, it sounds like you need a day to yourself. It's perfectly fine to treat yourself once in a while, especially when you have children. Don't feel guilty about it, you need it! Do you have any family or friends who could watch your daughter for a day? If so, spend the day doing something you want to do. Go to the spa, watch a movie, go out for dinner, etc. Try not to focus on too many things at one time. Set a goal for each day, such as "today I will do the laundry" or "today I will go to the doctor" or whatever it is that you need to do. Focusing on one thing at a time will give you peace of mind once they are done. Also, if you do have family & friends who are willing and able, why not ask them for some help? There's nothing wrong with asking for help when you need it. Find an activity that you can fit into your schedule that will relax you. Exercise is a great way to clear your mind. You could try writing, sewing, reading, or whatever you're into to help calm down. Alcohol can relax you, but it might not be the best route. Some people come home from a busy day at work and sip wine, beer, or a mixed drink to unwind. It could lead to dependency though, so if you have an addictive personality, this might not be the best idea.
- if your life is very filled with stress, it means that you are very low on spiritual side. it means that you do nothing about your religious side. if my foreseen are true, please do anything about the religion or about God, give something in the name of God. i guarantee you that you will fell better after this.
