a list of plants that can grow without injecting co2?

i want to do a iwagumi style in my tank.can you suggest me which plants can grow a nice carpet and some backgrounds plants.

1. Java fern, ambulia, elodea/anacharis, amazon sword, dwarf hairgrass, lacefern, crypts, vals and ludiwgia all do quite well in low-tech tanks. :) Dwarf hairgrass makes a lovely carpet when kept short, but it is susceptible to algae. Java or Christmas moss is another alternative. What sort of plant are you looking for in the background and how large is your tank?
