Ways of dealing with OCD ?

Ok so I think I hav quite bad OCD as I hav so many smyotims I will probably forget to list one Firstly I hav this number thing were I hav these numbers in my head and I hav to do things a ceratin number of times I hav to check the door evertime I go into the kitchen and touch the chair I hav a routine before going to bed by looking out the window and under my bed I switch the light switch three times I shut the upstairs bathroom three times and the down stairs one four And if i dont do thees things I think something bad is going to happen like someone is going to die or something I also hav bad anxiety were if my parents hav poped to the shops or my dads taken the dog for a walk and they take a long time I think something terrible has happened What should I do bearing in mind I'm 15

  2. I would talk to a therapist. I go to one, and I've had many breakthroughs for my own OCDs. Sometimes seeking professional help is the best way to deal with something like this.
