List of colleges that don't look at highschool GPA?

im not doing too good in highschool and im about to do my senior year.. i dont live in the US but i plan on going there for college, i hear some colleges just look at SAT and/or ACT. can i have a list please?

1. All collages look at both ACT and GPA.
2. You diffidently heard wrong. Most colleges always look at GPA and SAT, if you bombed GPA wise your good SAT or ACT score could help you. Any legit college looks at your GPA, you could try a community college. Sorry to break it to you, most people "even if they live in Canada" have a harder chance getting into colleges than actual citzens, it is much harder. The selection system is messed up.....
