  1. Well yournot gonna lose much weight inside. All you can really do is push ups and sit ups
  2. go to a gym
  3. Get a treadmill, or an exercise bike.
  4. Cycling indoors at 13 mph burns 600 calories an hour. Jumping rope will burn calories and tone your quads, hamstrings, and calves. Power walking around your house or in your room at 4 mph, you’ll be burning at least 250 calories an hour. Hope it helps :)
  5. you need to start eating better. you need to actually run outside for your body to start shedding the pounds. situps/pushups/pullups will get you going
  6. Dance around running/walking up and down your stairs sit-ups/ crunches get some work out equipment walk around your house make sure you watch your diet. Hope this helps!
  7. Running is your best answer. Regardless of what anyone tells you it's your metabolism that is the reason for you being over weight. Do not stress too much. You are very young and your body is changing. I have seen MANY people from highschool or college that were overweight and now they lost a lot and look good. It's all about watching what you eat high protein, low carbs and fat and tricking your body to lose weight. If you are going to work out (which I don't advice as your bones are still growing) use light weight and do high reps. WATCH YOUR FORM. You can do long term damage to your tendons and or ligaments if you are not careful with your form. Watch and or ask questions to veteran trainers/lifters that look like they know what they are doing. NEVER go heavy at your age when lifting. I would suggest push up's and sit up's or better yet crunchs and using a stair way for step lunges. I can't stress more about running at your age or any age. It's safe. Keep a tally every day of how many miles you are running. If you have to be indoors please keep it simple with push up's, sit up's and jump roping. keep your heart rate up!
