Where can I find a definitions list for the Department of Finance (NYC) Occupancy Codes?

For example, next to each house description you see A-5 one family dwelling... Or R-2 two family dwelling, etc... How do I decipher what each code means, and what the ramifications are as far as rezoning them, etc... Thanks
