How do YOU enjoy life more? Can someone tell me how can I enjoy my life more?
I see people everyday enjoying life. Celebrating the small things. I dont know how to to do that. I fell like I have lost myself deep and its hard finding myself again. Please teach me how I can enjoy life more. List 10 things that you do (not others do for you) to make yourself enjpy life

- Depending on individual. As for me. these are the things that i do much i regard as enjoying life: praying to God on a daily basis; being sincere to my self and others, this make me not to hang my mind at any point of life; keeping good and right people as friends in order not to be afraid of any uncertainties; making myself happy always no matter the situation; working hard in my place of work as not to to make mistake which may eventually lead me to trouble at work.

- Well no-one can motivate YOU .... only you can do this ... .and the best way is to actually realise your values - which are what motivates you and what is important to you in different areas of life..... When you are fulfilling these values you will by happier! To do this .... pick an area of life ... Family Business/Job/Career Relationship Health & Fitness Personal Development Spirituality Then ask yourself this ... In the Area of XXXXX [e.g. Relationship], what is important to me? ...... What else .... ? What else .... ? What else ..... ? You will have several come out quickly, most likely ...... then slow down .... so THEN ask .... In the area of XXXXXx [e.g. Relationship] ... what ELSE is important to me .... ? You will likely have a 'second wave' of things that are less obvious to you. Having done this, you will have a list of terms that are your VALUES - of things that are important to you in that area of life. Make sure they are not 'actions' ..... so for example if it was in Health and Fitness and asking what's important to you ... if you said 'Running' ..... that is an action, so cannot be a value - so ask "what does Running DO for me?" to get the value ...... it might be 'energy' for example ! One exception is that in Relationship (as in loving partner relationship) ... Sex can be a value, even though it is an action! Next put them in order of importance. If you could have ONLY 1 of them from your list, which would be first ? then second etc. When you have the top 8 .... you can work out ... "What does that value MEAN to you?" and "How do you know/recognise when it's being fulfilled - as in ..... when do you know you have that?" Find ways to ensure you get the things on the list of particularly your top 8 values and you wil certainly enjoy life more!!! You could use them for decision making ... when thinking of doing a certain activity .... does it somehow fulfill any of the top values .... ? If so great ....
