Need Ideas for Back to School Clothes List?
I might get the chance to do a little bit of shopping tomorrow and I really don't have a lot of clothes I can wear to school or for when it starts to cool down outside, I'll be starting my freshman year in 2 weeks. I have: 3 short sleeved shirts, 2 pairs of capris, 1 pair of athletic shorts, 1 pair of denim shorts (both might be against dress code.), 2 pairs of flip flops (one pair is nearly walked through), and a good number of jackets/sweatshirts, a cardigan, and I'm set on tank tops/camis. I don't have: jeans, shoes (other than flip flops!), anything long sleeved, and very few short sleeved shirts. I'd like to hear suggestions on which stores you like that have cute clothes, and what you would get with $200. Thanks in advance! I'm in Indiana, so it has been kind of hot lately. But, it should cool down soon enough. I'm in Indiana, so it has been kind of hot lately. But, it should cool down soon enough. I'm in Indiana, so it has been kind of hot lately. - Where are you going for school, You know weather wise
- Well you didnt mention any skirts or dresses. Id be sure to get a couple belts piexes of jewlery cause you know accesories make the outfit. and then I would get a nice blazer I love blazers and maybe two pairs of leggings try to get pieces that you can dress in different ways. go to hm delias forever 21 places like that, and if your able do some of youre shopping online so you can score some good sales. And look at you tube at OOTD 's outfit of the days for some ideas!
- You should definitely check out Forever 21, H&M if you have one where you live, and your local thrift stores like Goodwill. Don't worry the clothes there won't eat you. It gives you rare items and they are cheap and very cute! You should buy some skinny jeans if those appeal to you, or some straight leg jeans. Also some tank tops with cardigans are always comfortable. For shoes, hmm I'd have to say either vans, cause they last long or just shoes from payless. I'm a cheap person so I like finding bargains and what not. (: Have fun school shopping!
- you need sneakers. please, get some sneakers. flip flops break, and sneakers are much warmer for cold weather. high school can sometimes be different from middle school fashion wise, where people now shop at forever 21 (although i heard their stuff is terrible quality), and you can also shop at jcpenney, macy's, old navy, and head over heels, where they have cute clothes that aren't always expensive. you can get jeans there, and also at aeropostale (ok, i know i just said that high schoolers shop different, but i got two super comfy pairs of skinny jeans there, so you might want to check it out) i also shop at this store called urban trends, but i don't know if it's a chain store or what, but they have some simple long sleeved shirts. SO anyway, that's my advice, and i guess you could got to forever 21 for accessories, because i heard bad stuff about their CLOTHES not access., and usually most stores have shoes, accessories, and clothes all rolled up into one, depending on which area you live in, so good luck and i'm sorry this is so long!
- You need at least three pairs of jeans. At least four or five pairs of long-sleeved shirts. Probably more. Some cool color's that are in right now are: denim, light pink, and browns.
