What can I do to make my self a beter candidate for USAFA or USNA?

Im 13 (14 in october and entering freshman year).Im going to be a star in boy scouts in a month(waiting on board of review) and planing to eagle next year, im joining civil air patrol, and last year(this school year hasn't started for me) my GPA ranged threw the year from 3.5-3.7. I have also started taking flying lessons from my dad(he has an instructors license). Is there any thing i can do to improve my chance of getting into USNA(United States Naval Academy) or USAFA(United States Air force Academy). I signed up under the 6th graders to juniors category for both schools.........Any suggestions on extracurricular activities or electives would be much appreciated. My school Aptos High is not ROTC so don't list that if you were going to...........I want to fly fighters if that helps with what elective or any thing thanks in advance

  1. First off, I would try and improve your spelling and grammar. beter = better October (capitalized) I'm (apostrophe) planning (planing means domething entirely different) I'm (capitalize the 'I' and don't forget the apostrophe) through (not threw) anything (any thing is incorrect) I (capitalize) I 'have' signed (I signed up for... is incorrect) anything (again... not any thing) Thanks (Capitalize the first letter in every sentance)
