Pokemon Soul Silver what to do after Red?

Ok, so I am really bored on Soul Silver... I was training my new starters to make a Battle Frontier team. What can I do instead of that. I've caught Groudon, Mewtwo and Ho-oh. Any ideas? Can you guys please give me a good list of things I can do now? XD thanks

1. Collect all the Pokemon Rematch gym leaders Receive Kanto starter from Oak Recieve Hoenn starter from Steven in Silph Co. There really isn't any other challenge left to do, other than catch all the Pokemon.
2. Unfortunately, this is the end of the main storyline of the game. However there are still a few things you can do besides collecting all the Pokemon, like having your final battle with your rival at the cave between Lavender town & Cereulean. This is not the last you will see of your rival though, as on Monday's & Wednesdays, you will be challenged by him just before you enter the Pokemon League. You can also collect the roaming Pokemon: Entei, Suicune and Raikou, as well as the Kanto legendary bird Pokemon Articuno, Moltres and Zapdos. AND Latias/Latios when you walk downstairs after defeating the Elite Four! Don't forget about that whole Kanto region you may not have explored all of yet, although by the sounds of your team, I'm guessing you already have! Now here's the treat you'll get for beating Red, the strongest Trainer in any series so far. Go to Professor Oak and he'll give you one of the three Kanto starter Pokemon, Charamander, Squirtle or Bulbasaur! You'll also get a much more powerful Elite Four! I'm sure I've left out plenty of stuff that I didn't even know about, but good luck and have fun with the rest of your Pokemon adventures! ...Oh yeah, and I'm guessing you already knew about the new starters as you said in your description...hehe, I should read more, ahh well, I'm sure the tougher Elite Four will keep you busy!
