Can I create shipping labels using Outlook contact list?
I am going into real estate and need a Sphere of Influence list. I want to use outlook, but I also need to create lables for mailing. Can I do this using outlook or is there a different program I need to use? I understand I will need to buy lables on a sheet of paper. Thanks

- Yes, you can do this. You will have a couple of options. If you buy labels that Outlook recognizes, then you may have the option of selecting "print labels" or something to that effect. Play around in your Outlook printing area with paper size and with formatting. Your other option is to import the contacts into Word and print from there using the format set up that comes with the labels. Avery is usually very good about this and will even have formatting software that you can download if you need to. I highly recommend that you only print 3-4 pages at a time so that if your alignment is off, you don't end up with 50 pages of screwed up labels.
- Use Microsoft Word or another word processing application, but MS Word will integrate best with Microsoft Outlook and already has the set up for most label sizes to make it easier to print on them. You want to use the "Mail Merge" feature of MS Word to accomplish this.
- I can solve your problem. Just visit at http://www.designlabelstudio.com. You can download the trial version of this software for making the shipping labels. You can create these labels at your own with just few mouse clicks.
