The computer guy I took my desk top to was weird. Is this creepy?

He asked how tall I was how much I weighed said he liked my hair and how he loves what I am wearing. He looked at my history and saw my posts on facebook and asked if we can be friends. He gave me a card with his email address circled and said to email him. As I left he said how about a cuddle amongst friends. I paid him put it in the car and drove out of there. He runs his home business and works for himself.
