What Does The List Of Friends On Your Facebook Profile Mean?

Every time I look at my page the people that appear are always the same under the friends list? I never talk to some of these people, or go to there page, or like any of there pictures or status.

1. what do you mean list of friends? do you mean your friend list? if so the people that appear there once you go to your page are just randomly chosen doesn't mean anything. hope this is the 'list of friends' you are referring to.
