How can I add cruise control to my manual 95 cavalier?

How can I add cruise control to my 95 cavalier with a manual transmission. I need an after market kit that will disengage the cruise if I shift out of gear without using the clutch. Do i need some sort of RPM monitor to do that? A list of parts needed and where i can get them would be great. Oh and can i just put an OEM switch from a donor car to use as a control switch. Will it also control speed up and down by 1mph like a factory car install would?
