  1. apply for visa to china, for more details search at google
  2. trade your citizenship. Million of Chinese want to move away from Communist China to move to UK USA and other Western nations.
  3. You cannot just move to China, they don't have an open immigration policy. You will need to secure a job there first, then move over on a working permit. BTW: Tourist and Business Visas do not allow you to work in China. Edit: Do not be mislead by the poster below me (James Kennedy). What he suggests to you is totally illegal and he needs to research visa laws in China more. If you go on a tourist visa to China to procure a job, this is totally misleading and not within the constraints of the the tourist visa. If you get a job on a tourist or business visa, this is illegal as well and subject to being deported. Many companies know they got fools by the short and curlys that come to China on a tourist or business visa looking for work and can dictate demands and threaten you. Do you really want to anger Chinese immigration and risk fines and deportation?
  4. 1. Get a tourist visa at the Chinese Embassy in London. You can do this via an agent. Just mail your passport to the company, with all the materials (photos, a form etc) and they'll return your passport with the visa in a few days' time. Pay online. http://5starchinaholidays.com/feedback.php and http://www.5starchinesevisa.co.uk/ 2. Then when you arrive in China, use another (Chinese) agent to get you a long-term visa. Contrary to what the other commenters are saying, you *don't* need a job to get a Chinese visa (and I'm sure they will vote this answer down for that reason); but you will need to pay a service fee. Message me privately and I'll share some agents' contact details with you. I don't recommend getting a Chinese job (and visa etc) from the internet before you leave the UK because you'll probably get ripped off (HR companies in China like to play hide-and-seek with your salary to stop you from quitting). The most lucrative (and reliably-paid) work is found on arrival after you've got a visa. If you want some freelance work when you arrive (academic tutoring, paid on-the-spot) then let me know and I'll give some contacts and advice. Work is plentiful for foreigners: teaching is best-paid, but there are lots of other opportunities too. About 10 hours' work a week is enough to sustain a good standard of living. Bring Chinese money and some basic Chinese language skills. Stay in a hotel for a couple of days when you arrive (pre-book it). This'll give you time to find an apartment. Meanwhile, choose a city… (I love Beijing). Tell me what you like (weather, population, work, culture etc) and I can recommend some cities for you :) Email me at jameskennedybeijing@gmail.com for advice :) Anyone else want to move to China? Opportunities are endless here. Good luck, mate.
