How much does it cost to advertise a property online? (realeaste.com.) etc?

It's part of my marketing assignment - I have to do a marketing budget and need a rough estimate How much does it cost approximately to have your property listed on these websites? Inc the time period of the advertisement on the site? etc Thankyou!!!!!

1. Here in the United States virtually all of these website are free, like in no cost. Down under at realestateguide.com the cost is $175-575 per property, depending in how fancy the package is.
