My contact list does not pop up when I try to forward email. What could cause this?

- 'Yahoo is working on their site, and some users may encounter difficulties' is the usual response for the 'why' part of your question. Try this workaround ... Open your Contacts list, and give everyone a nickname. If more than one of the same first name, add another number or last name initial. Once they all are installed, try typing in the nicknames ... several possibilities appear in alphabetical order from which to click. A printed list of contacts is helpful to remember them all too ... You can print your entire address book or the contacts in one category. 1. In your Yahoo! Contacts, click Tools, and then select Print from the menu. 2. Select a Print option of Your entire Address Book, or select a Category from the pull-down list. 3. Select a Layout of Detailed View or Basic View. 4. Click Display for Printing. All of the contacts from your Print option appear in a Web page organized into a useful layout. 5. Use the browser's Print option to print a copy of the pages.
- Try this to open your mailing list----you can use it to insert addresses so that you can then sent the mail. If you're using Classic Mail: >Click on Forward or New. >Click directly on the word TO and your mailing list (address book) opens. >Check each name (address) you want to send to and then click the "insert checked contacts" tab. ................... Just in case you're using the New Yahoo Mail. >Click on New or Forward >Click on TO to open your mailing list. >Click on ONE name (address), and THEN press and hold the "ctrl" key while clicking on the others you want to send to. >Click OK. In either case---the addresses will be inserted on the address line for you, and all you need to do then is send it.
