I wan't to make it big on youtube , anyone know how? Tips/Suggestoins please.?

i wan't to be big on youtube , people such as Charlieissocoollike , Ray William Johnson , Jeyyounit11 , WeeklyChris , Shane dawson , Onision , Cyr Blah blah blah the list is endless. they are the kind of youtuber i want to be like , please help me do that! i got told you need a theme , i play A lot of guitar? could work but i also want to do like vlog type stuff :) i have a WEIRD sense of humour and love to laugh please help me out! just made a new youtube : JamoInReverse , sub and i'll sub back!:D no subs , 1 video , wan't to change that tho! much appreciated!
