Do universities see what YEAR you completed your grades?

Would they see 2008, 2009, 2010 or would it not list any dates? So if someone were to complete 3 grades in one year their would be no consequences in that sort

1. On my transcript it's broken down by academic year. The year you completed your grades is very relevant in a lot of fields so I would expect them to be given.
2. huh? Wha'? duh? Uh ... like ... what are you talking about?
