how do i forward EMails/?

How do I forward E Mails? On this new Yahoo mail (which I dont like) I sometimes have to forward mail.From the inbox, I select the mail and open it. Then I press forward.I delete the senders name and try to put in the name(s) that i want to forward it to.I can open the contacts window and tick off the names but cannot see how to transfer them to the address bar. On the old mail there was "insert addresses" on the new one it is not there. So how do i transfer several names to the address bar? Additional Details Also I find I cannot delete names and details from my contact list. How do I do that?

1. You need to click the + sign to the right of the To:, Cc:, or Bcc: lines, then select the names and click Done.
