I want to make a blog...help?

Okay so tell me some free blog sites NOT wordpress or blogger, i have a blogger blog but it doesn't have tabs at the top like; home, bio, gallery/photos, video. Like most blogs/websites do like kendall and kylie's celebuzz blog: http://kendallandkylie.celebuzz.com So could you give me a blog-making site where i could create my blog with tabs similar to the celebuzz blog format. Not wordpress, or blogger thanks :) give me a few websites to try out please? Thanks :) x

1. this isnt really a blog site but more like a web site making... thing. but it gives you the option of making a blog as one of the pages, i would say you try either webs.com or weebly.com hope i helped :D
2. Possibly Weebly . Though I do recommend tumblr ! You'd have to search for a tumblr theme that matches your needs, though. It's easy to use, and free. Weebly I'm not so sure about .
3. blogger is best in my openion, but if you want another then i recommend you webs.com then weebly.com and then yola.com
