Android can do Remote control to PC, but is there an app?

for android or pc to do the opposite? My father is up in his years and we both got smartphones and hes constantly calling me over the most ridiculous things and i have to waste like 30 minutes explaining how to go to his app list and click on an app and look at the settings and refresh or something. Ive tried teaching him, but he just keeps forgetting and isnt very tech savy. It would be SO much easier if i could do like i do on his computer and just remote control him to do it for him. Does that exist yet? i dont think you understood the question sir. i can control pcs with my android fine. i want to control another ANDROID with my android or another ANDROID with my pc.
