How can I memorize a list of drugs for school?

I am studying to become a pharmacy tech and part of the curriculum is memorizing the top 200 drugs, which means memorizing the Brand/Generic names as well as the the classification of the drug and the use of it. I've tried associating the names together but a lot of them are pretty out there as far as similarities go. I'm a visual learner so this is a pretty tough to do. Thanks for reading!

1. depends how you learn best, but i always find putting things into alphabetical order really helps
2. Make a collection of them. You could ask your schoolfriends if they have any sick and elderly relatives, and if they have any funny stories about side effects to go with the pills they get you. You could mount them in a display case.
3. 200 drugs is a lot to memorize. A competent pharmacist KNOWS. My mother almost died from a dose of the wrong drug. Check out another profession.
