what laptop should i get?

ok so my brother uses his laptop like crazy, but it's really old. I mean we had to buy a separate internet card for it because it doesn't have one built in. That's how old it is. Recently, the internet card got malfunctioned and no longer works properly. After looking around the internet for a new card, i decided i should just get my brother a new laptop all-together. He watches anime and other videos on youtube and other sites. He also likes to play online games (not overly graphic ones, they're like your freeonlinegames.com type stuff). He has some music on the laptop, but only like maybe 500 songs or so, not that many. There's also pictures, other random files, and such like that. And he doesn't actually download any of the videos or games so he doesn't need a whole lot of memory. Maybe like a 250GB hard drive, 2.0 or more gHz of speed, and maybe 2GB RAM. I'm kinda lookin in the $200-$400 price range, and it has to have at least a 15in diagnol screen. No bigger than 17in though. And it would also be good if it could have a dual core processor and at least Windows XP, if not Windows 7. It doesn't really matter what brand, as long as it's NOT MAC. Absolutely NO Macs of any kind. NOT VISTA OR 2CoreDuo. I pretty much know what i want in a laptop for him, so if i could just get a LIST of like the top 5 laptops that would fit his needs that would be great. I don't need a whole paragraph on every little detail about the laptops, i just need a list of names that include the brand and model. I can do my own research from there. Please help. Thx. P.S.: I DON'T WANNA HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT HOW AWESOME MACS ARE. I'VE HAD A MAC BEFORE AND I KNOW HOW THEY WORK AND I'M NEVER GOING BACK SO DON'T EVEN TRY TO CONVINCE ME HOW GREAT THEY ARE.
