How much does Angie's List cost?

Their FAQ's don't seem to mention their price, just that they cost money.

1. Angie's List takes referrals to a whole new level. The site claims to have over 1 million members who leave their opinions (over 40k new reviews each month) on a wide range of businesses and services. To get access to this information, you must join the site for roughly $40 per year (FYI, the price list is VERY hard to find -- they don't make it easy to access -- and is here)
2. I was able to sign in for $10,00 but that is for people that want to search for services. If you want to place an ad for service you provide it is free. So they make their money on people coming to find professionals, and people wanting to give those referrals the previous post mentioned.
