United states 2011, is it illegal to view images/watch lolicon/shotacon/ecchii hentai anime on the internet?

Hear me out please, important question that must be answered not just for me, but for everyone else who is unsure about lolicon. I know for a fact 3D lolicon is illegal, and real child porn is illegal, I would never go that far. I ONLY like 2D Anime lolicon characters. I have no attraction whatsoever to real children, because they will never come close to looking like an anime styled character, and that's what I am attracted to, the look of anime/manga and the art style is attractive, and they way they act. Is that still bad? It's just a fantasy and I can tell clear is day the difference between reality and fantasy. And I'm not only interested in lolicon, I like other regular hentai with adults and what not. That all being said, still leaving my question: is it illegal to look at lolicon, moe, doujin, ecchii, shotacon etc. images on google or any other sites that display Lolicon/hentai in the United states? And what the FU** is the "miller test" bull crap? Is this just a load of bull to scare people from hentai lolicon/shotacon? Honestly with all of the MILLIONS of lolicon/shotacon images/videos displayed ALL over the internet so easily, one would think, No, it's not illegal, I'm just checking to make sure. I've even heard of "Toddlercon", (yes I know, BAD) which is way over the top for me to look into, and even worse "Guro lolicon" or "gurocon" lolicon with blood and gore pretty much lolicon rape , I don't care what anyone says, I think if anything Toddlercon and Gurocon should be illegal. I don't even want to know if they are both are legal or not. Don't tell me. I've even heard extreme statements like: "lolicon is illegal. internet police purposely host/post lolicon websites/pictures just to catch people" If this were true, wouldn't they be breaking the law too for distributing, possessing and displaying if it were in fact really illegal? hmmmmmmm? Also a list of sites I've found a bunch of lolicon and other hentai stuff like furries and what not: konachan.com kannagihentai.com sankakucomplex.com ecchii.blogspot.com GOOGLE. (don't even have to click on the pic to view the picture and fap to it) So is all of this that I talked about illegal in the united states? Is the "miller test" Bogus,? what do you think?

Public Comments

  1. Lolicon/Shotacon is not illegal since it considered that they are not TRULY children but depicted as young/innocent.
  2. The miller test is real, it has to do with a supreme court ruling. Check that wiki encyclopedia place. You can draw any disgusting thing you want. As long as it's only a drawing, it's legal, and it's legal to view. I do see one legal problem. If you ever get accused of sexual assault, the police will take your computer and look for porn. They will find your links to the anime stuff. While it's not illegal, it will make the cops think that your a pedophile.
