Does he like me? What to do when he looks at me?

Hi, i like this guy but i don't know if he likes me. I have a list of pros and cons of why he might like me and why he might not. Any Gender is welcome to answer. I love to read the comments you put up. Even if you don't know much about the topic please just say what u think. Pros: - He looks at me when i come into school. - He stands by my locker with his guy friends. ( There is a guy who's locker is near mine but before they hanged out near the guy i like locker.) - When he looks at me and i look at him he either: a. Looks away quickly b. Looks at me and then looks away. ( Sometimes he combs his hair with his hand) - In science we sit by each other. We had to stand up and face opposite of our teacher. He looked at me for 5-10 seconds and then looked back at the wall. - The same day in science he looked at me two times. - He makes more jokes about me that are either nice or they make fun of me (in a playful way). Cons: - He always talks to this other girl who sits next to him in science. (Are desks are in three and he is in the middle.) - We never text or talk in school unless it is for school. But we know each other because our school is small so everyone knows everyone. - I think he might like a girl he use to date but i he doesn't look at her as much as he does me. - Can't think of anymore at the moment. So i have two questions for you to answer: 1. Is he interested in me or not? 2. What should i do when he looks at me? We are in the same classes and in 9th grade. He is 15 and i am 14. The girl in science has a boyfriend and they are just friends.
