How do I put Yahoo Mail in my default programs list on Windows 7 Home 64bit?

I don't even know how to ask this! Grr! I would like to reply to ads on Craigslist, however when I click on the email address of the seller, I get a message telling me that I need to go to Default Programs and set up my email program. I would just like to use Yahoo mail. How do I put it in the Default programs list?
