what does the list of friends on the right hand side mean on facebook when your appearing unavailable to chat?

is it the in order of the people whos profile you've most visited or?

1. You know what I know what you mean...I went back onto FB after agggeeesss & I noticed hhe same thing! I guess it just lists any contacts which have been in chat recently!
