What does Can/USA have that england does? What to send a british friend?

Im sending a small package to my friend in England. I would like to include a chocolate bar or candy or something.. It has to be under 4lbs total. What is a list of things that they do not have over there that is common here that she might enjoy? Products, candy, etc? Im thinking of attaching an issue of SEVENTEEN.. do they have that there? thanks!
