Why do the same 10 people appear on my facebook friend list?

On my facebook page, to the left where your friend list is, all the names that appear here are the same every time, just in a different order? Is there a way to prevent this? Thanks

1. Please see from your friend's facebook whom you have added as a friend if same list appears it means you don't have many friends which can be changed randomly.
