How to import songs from CD onto music library?

Ok so my bro asked me how to do this... I know how to do it but regular CD track list of say 19 tracks, but my bro has a CD that has 200+ tracks on it is it the same process of ripping as you would do with a regular CD? to be clear 200+ CD tracks are considered data right? as opposed to regular CD which only hold 19 songs? help

1. Well if it has 200 or more songs im assuming he piled them on a dvd rather than a cd so you need to just run it like a game or program through the start menu and my computer and the files should come up and you can Ctrl+A and drag them into library and they should copy
