playstation Network is down so I cant sighn in or see my friends list. How do I atleast sighn in to send a?

2. Playstation Network is down for me too. It happens regularly, it is under maintenance, which means that it is updating the Playstation Store. It should be back up later tonight or tomorrow.
3. Well, if PSN is down(, which it's not because I'm on it now,) then sending a message is pointless. But if it's your Internet then turn your router off and back on. Then turn your PS3 off for ten minutes and turn it back on. If that doesn't work and u need to send a message to someone, go to www.playstation.com and sign in from there. Idk for sure, but I think you send messages from there.
