What to do when your not allowed out?

I am not allowed to go anywhere so i was wondering what a 14 year old can do , by herself? Im bored and have no clue? I am home with my step dad, and 3 dogs alsso i have music from my phone i can play loud List of suggestions and i cant go to the beach or hang with friends because im not allowed out , thanks :) (nothing pointless like masturbating)

9. not recommending this, but what i do is smoke weed in my room and blow out the window. then i kick back and talk to friends, listen to good music, and write lyrics :P
