I am interested in starting my own business. How much capital do I need In order for a bank to even consider loaning me the remaining amount. To start the business, It will take a total of $3 million. In your response, please list where you got your info from.

2. Any reputable lender will require a business plan that shows that you can pay the loan back. Go to http://sba.gov/smallbusinessplanner/plan/writeabusinessplan/index.html or http://www.score.org/template_gallery.html for instructions on how to write a business plan and sample business plans. You will personally have to put up 30% of the funds. No bank is going to assume all of the risk.
3. What is your track record? What is the business? How much of your own money do you have? Do you have a business plan? Without answers to those questions a bank will not loan you a dime.
