- Any reputable lender will require a business plan that shows that you can pay the loan back. Go to http://sba.gov/smallbusinessplanner/plan/writeabusinessplan/index.html or http://www.score.org/template_gallery.html for instructions on how to write a business plan and sample business plans. You will personally have to put up 30% of the funds. No bank is going to assume all of the risk.
- What is your track record? What is the business? How much of your own money do you have? Do you have a business plan? Without answers to those questions a bank will not loan you a dime.
- reach me for guidance; it will be very hard to get a bank loan for this unless you have extensive industry exp and 2-3x the loan amount in free collateral.
- If you have any budget with a solid business plan you can go for a bank to ask for a loan, but you need to look serious about it, take a serious step (bank wouldn't land you unless they can see something a live).
