How do I become an X-Ray Technician?
I want to work with X-Rays and CT's and Sonograms, can someone please make list on what I need to do to become one? What majors should I receive, Any recommended colleges? I would like Texas A&M and Baylor, do you know if those offer any programs? I would prefer staying in Texas, maybe a city around San Antonio? Thank you so much I know something about majoring in Radiography? But half the schools I've looked at didn't have that program? Thank you for reading this.

- Hi Coco The following public schools in SATX have these programs: Northwest Vista Palo Alto San Antonio College St. Philip's UTSA UT Health Science Center The first 4 are community colleges and relatively easy for admissions and inexpensive. For Bachelors programs, UTSA and UTHSC are the places to go. Admissions will be based on SAT [just CR and M] or ACT scores as well as your HS transcript. Every one of these schools will have their degree plans posted - you get to do some online searching now. "Radiology" is offered at St. Philip's. "Radiography" is for nuclear engineers. Easy mistake to make
