Can anyone tell me which email system is best to use to send out emails to my team?

I have a big team of people that I want to send same masage at once also I want to greate a list of people thats on my team so I wont have to copy and paste email again and again... I tryed to send via yahoo but when I did that yahoo didnt let me do that because they think its scam... Thank YOU!!!!!!
