Facebook: wont let me "unblock" people on my block list..?

Im trying to "unblock" some people from my blocked list and when i click "unblock" it takes them off until i reload or get back into that same page....then everyone that i "unblocked" is still on the list......use to not do this......just started happening last week sometime i guess.....tried under google chrome and IE......what gives???....im pretty darn computer literate also
