What software does a technician use to hack windows password?

I just wanted to know what software's does a pc technician use to bypass or hack through a password for a windows operating system. Please give me a list of helpful and easy to use software. Thanks, its well appreciated.

  1. I use various programs, the cheapest and most effective one is call ACTIVE PASSWORD CHANGER. Now the trick is you need an alternate boot source so you have to buy the software or "find it" and burn your CD. I can tell you that there ARE many others out there but do NOT trust free-be's unless it's included on the Hiren's Boot CD as these are rigorously checked against corruption or malware.
