Can I sue My job for this along with other things i have I did not list all 10 points?

I had a interview for Csht with the Manager. I walked in the office an stated to her I was nervous an she stated Don't Be! And Jones laughed. I told Boss that she should hire me in the lab because I'm already doing all the lab work as if I'm already a lab worker also training employees that helps us from other departments. and I know everything about the lab and that I had all the Quest and Labcorp log- ins, and hiring someone new means that we will have a lot of training to do. She stated she would love to give me that position but I had a write- up within the last 4 months. And she told me to wait until 4 months with no write ups and she wrote me up 2 days later.....for taking a 20 minute break...... In the process of waiting on our department hiring a new employee. I done the job as a CSHT in the lab until we hired someone. and once we found someone I went back as a Research Tech. The hiree was a part time CSht in our Department which I would train her on certain activities in the lab. Boss stated that you have to be at company 6 months to get a promotion. The part- time employee went from part to full time in less than 6 months in the event I was still training her on things she did not understand  I had a Picture of a kitten that was laying on the bible next to a fish bowl in my personal vitals room that has been there over a year of my employment with the approval of my boss Coleman after I was hired.  A CSHT in the clinic had advanced to CSHT2 in less than her time frame. She was congratulated by another employee an then she told Ben Vouk what happened and Ben called the screening department very upset and said who told me and another employee that an it was not true. In the event the next day Ben Vouk told Coleman to have me remove my picture from the wall.

  1. -Part Time to full time is not a promotion. Time requirements are irrelevant, promotions tend to be given on merit. And even if they were, it's not your business to meddle into the decisions of your bosses. That's why wages and the such are not meant to be discussed amongst employees. When Employee1 sees that Employee2 is earning more, Employee1 will get all pissed and the whole sh~t storm of "Why does s/he get special treatment" starts. That drama is not encouraged in any workplace and most workplaces have rules set against it. For example, don't question who I hire and for how much. -Your pictures, fishbowls, and bibles are not part of the workplace. Point of story, life sucks -- deal with it. :/
  2. Sue your job for what? What did they do to you? You're not exactly a star employee with at least 2 write-ups in six months. Do you know most employees can go their entire career without a single write up? So what do you think you're owed? Get over yourself.
