List of rules and such for me to follow while writing?

I have to write a story with...rules per say. Has anyone seen the movie The Five Obstructions? Kind of like that... I usually write fantasy fiction with a bit of romance, action adventure, a bit of horror, I usually do first point of view or third point of view. I want someone to come up with some rules that force me to write something totally different to what I would normally do. Like..."you can't have this..." or "You can't say the word 'I' in this story" something like that. Give me a genre theme too that is something different than what I usually do. 1. Write a story with absolutely no dialogue. None at all. And make it about two people. THEN Write the same story with ONLY dialogue. No description that is not done in conversation. There is a challenge for you.
