What all do i need to pack for a 4 day trip?

I am going to gatlinberg tn. and i need your help! what all do i need to pack. i always forget stuff. like one time i forgot my toothbrush so i had to buy a new one! sooo anyways. can you make me a list of things i need to bring? THANK YOU so much for your help!

1. Bring 5 pairs of underwear(just incase) 4 shirts 1 jaket/sweatshirt 3 or 4 pairs of pants A toothbrsh Shampoo, soap, conditioner etc. shoes Always pack a little extra cause you never know what will happen :)
2. I just asked a very similar question. I'm going on vacation for a week in Oregon and the weather will be cold. I will be providing all my bathroom stuff, clothing, ect. I will stay with family, so will likely have access to shower and at least 1 load of laundry. My list is as follows: FEEL FREE TO ADD IF NEEDED!!! CLOTHING: ShirtsX4 PantsX4 Undies/Socks for every day Bra Big jacket or light jacket Sweater COLD?... Scarf, hat, gloves, tennis shoes/boots WARM?... Flip flops, flats TRAVEL BOTTLES... Liquid items(may have to be checked if flying!) Body wash Shampoo Conditioner Face wash Gel Lotion Hair Spray Body spray BATHROOM: Makeup/ makeup remover cloths toothbrush/paste razor mousse hair brush rag/louffa perfume deodorant hair clips/ties tylenol, other meds ear plugs garbage bag for dirty clothes flossers cotton swabs jewelry ELECTRONICS/OTHER: Phone/charger laptop/charger... if you have one wallet, passport, money, tickets, debit/credit cards,ect. glasses/contacts... if you wear them vitamins/antacids... if you take them small snacks for trip word search/pen... optional water bottle small blanket/pillow... if needed/want camera/cord/batteries
