is this an acceptable proposal; circle yes or no on a notepad?

Im very nervous. Thinking about just doing it 3rd grade style; will you marry me, circle yes or no on a paper. Granted that like and marry me are quite different, i still think its the safest route while still maintaining some integrity. Or maybe i should just leave a to do list with propose to Katy exaggeratedly written and stick it on the fridge?
